Experience

I am a right-brained thinker who possess the capability to think outside the box, in order to help students who struggle to learn through traditional paths. My focus in tutoring is in Math and standardized test preparation. I believe that my creative yet analytical thinking is a benefit to students as they take standardized tests, because it allows students to perform math quicker and more accurately. I currently hold two undergraduate degrees from Wake Forest University. The first is my Bachelor of Arts in Physics and the second is my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics; both being a favorite. After I earned my degrees, I began working part-time to allow time to study for my standardized tests. I am now studying to take on the GRE Mathematics Subject Test. I have already done well on the GRE General Test by using my test preparation knowledge. After this last test, I hope to enter into graduate school. When I am not working or studying, I play or listen to music, watch movies, scuba dive, ski, and generally enjoy an active outside life.
